Conversation and oral confidence

Do you understand French but don't dare to speak? Do you freeze up as soon as you have to express yourself spontaneously — in the street, in a church meeting, in front of a family you are accompanying?

These small group conversation sessions allow you to gain confidence, speak without fear and progress in real-life missionary situations: testimony, welcoming, spontaneous prayer, informal exchanges.

Groups of 4 to 8 people maximum, either in person in Clermont-Ferrand or via videoconference. Flexible schedules adapted to the constraints of the missionaries.

Intensive French immersion (6 weeks)  
Objective B1 / B2

Are you arriving in France to serve and need to speak French quickly? This intensive course will get you to an operational level in 6 weeks. You'll develop all your skills—speaking, writing, comprehension, and expression—in a warm and supportive atmosphere, in a small group of no more than 8 people.

Ideal for missionaries taking up their posts, pastors newly assigned to France, or anyone needing to be operational quickly in a French-speaking context.

Biblical and Christian French

Do you already speak some French but feel limited when it comes to praying, preaching, leading a Bible study group, or welcoming families to your church? This module is for you.

Together we work on theological and pastoral vocabulary, understanding biblical texts in French, and oral expression in concrete situations of church life: worship services, testimonies, Bible studies, prayer meetings, and evangelism.

This module is available in Clermont-Ferrand in person or entirely online, anywhere in the world.

NGOs and humanitarians

Do you coordinate humanitarian projects, write reports for your donors, and lead multicultural team meetings? This module provides you with the linguistic tools for working in a Christian NGO: professional writing, intercultural communication, vocabulary of the social and humanitarian sector, and conducting meetings in French.
